Toronto, Canada (July 22, 2022) – InnVest Hotels announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the 99-room Royal Canadian Lodge and 65-room Charltons Banff, located in Banff, Alberta. The addition of the properties is the latest phase in InnVest’s focused plan to expand its growth through strategic investment. The acquisition increases InnVest’s presence in the upscale and core upper-midscale hospitality segments. Both properties will undergo focused improvement plans over the next several years and will operate the hotels under its internal management platform, InnVest Hotel Management Limited (IHML).

The Royal Canadian Lodge is a premier full-service, upper upscale hotel and Charltons Banff is a core upper-midscale hotel. The properties are surrounded by the natural beauty of the Canadian Rockies and are ideally situated in the heart of the town of Banff. The hotels have spacious guest rooms and suites and offer over 2,500 SF of functional space. In addition, the hotels provide luxurious amenities including a spa, indoor heated pools and saunas, fitness space, and food and beverage offerings.
